With this service you can make a “backorder” for an expired Domain that is in the “quarantine” process for the next 15 days. At the end of the 15-day grace period, the Domain is released and available for re-registration.
The exact release time of a Domain name is never fixed.
How you purchase the service:
Through the dynamic management control panel we offer you, you can add backorders to any domain you wish.
The process is performed in real time. You can add this service even 10 minutes before the release of a domain.
How does it work:
The service has 10 slots for each Domain. Each position can correspond to a prospective customer who wants to register that Domain.
When purchasing it, you can choose as many slots as you wish.
If you buy all 10 slots then you will be the only candidate for the registration of this Domain and our company will not accept any other user who shows interest in the same Domain.
If you buy only one place, then there is a chance that the available places will be bought by other candidates, so you share the chances of success.
In the management system we offer you, you can see in real time all the progress of the backorder for the Domains you have chosen.
Thus, you are immediately informed if another user has bought one or more slots from any available slots of the Domain that you have also chosen.
At the moment the Domain is released, the easy.gr system automatically forwards your order to the Registry as many times as you are entitled to according to the number of slots you have.
How much does it cost:
The one-time cost of using the Backorder service for each domain is 5 Euros + VAT regardless of whether the domain is finally registered or not.
The cost of registering the Domain is 25 Euros + VAT. Each seat costs 15 Euros + VAT.
What if the Backorder service fails or is cancelled
In the case of cancellation of the Backorder order or unsuccessful reservation, the paid cost of the seats and reservation are returned in full automatically as Credits.
In case of successful registration then there is no refund and the Domain is automatically placed on your record for management.
Transparency:
Transparency at all levels of our cooperation is a basic principle of our company.
You can see the progress of the process at any time. Even for each application sent to the .GR Registry, you receive an e-mail with its protocol number.
So you can easily count the total number of applications according to the seats you had purchased.
In case the Domain is registered by another user, by another registrar or renewed by the existing owner before its expiration, then you receive an update and the process is automatically postponed to the new expiration time of the domain.
Immediately afterwards you can choose to keep or cancel the process and get your money back in the form of Credits.
The service is currently provided only for the cases of Domain Names with an ending(tld) .GR, .COM.GR, .NET.GR, .ORG.GR, .EDU.GR, .GOV.GR
