Dedicated IP Hosting: Dedicated IP gives your hosting account and site a unique IP, not shared by any other account on the same server. So, if you need immediate access even when your DNS records are repaired, or if you plan to add a third-party SSL certificate, a dedicated IP is most suitable.
Dedicated IP addresses are unique and secure, while shared IP addresses are not. Most sites share IP addresses with other sites. So if one page goes down, all the addresses of the same IP can be affected.
Some search engines or ISPs may “penalize” an IP address if it sends mass spam. With a dedicated IP you can avoid the possibility of your own site being penalized, without being held responsible.
Also, search engines “prefer” unique addresses, since the name of the site is not related or linked to other sites.
