You can register new nameservers, change existing ones, and add from the existing ones you have registered to other domains in your account.
By selecting Save, the corresponding register is automatically updated:
After a Nameserver (DNS) change, the various Internet providers around the world are updated automatically and gradually over a period of 2 to 48 hours after
change of DNS. It is only a matter of time before your domain works in the new DNS.
