Important information:
- Incoming calls cost €0.01 per minute (free with Premium).
- If the call is forwarded to a mobile/landline, then the cost is the same as an international call.
- Each incoming fax costs €0.01 (if the number is enabled to receive faxes) – (free for Premium customers).
- Each incoming SMS costs €0.01 (free for Premium customers).
- You can cancel the number at any time.
- Easy to remember numbers are available at a higher initial cost.
- We can search for other golden numbers at a cost of €50 per number.
- There is the possibility of a discount when purchasing number packages.
- One time porting fee applies if you want to port existing local numbers to Sonetel. Prices are per number.
- In addition to the porting fee, the standard fee for purchasing and maintaining a new number applies.
- Swedish companies also pay Swedish VAT on the quoted prices.
- A cancellation fee applies for transfer requests, which are canceled prior to transfer. This fee is equal to the one-time transfer fee in the country from which you requested the transfer.
- Sonetel voice applications are charged only when you use €0.01, per call and also for forwarding voicemail to e-mail (free with Premium). Price per call is per voice application used during a call. That is, if you connect multiple applications, you will be charged for each of them.

Premium Subscriber Fair Use Policy:
- The above numbers are multiplied by the total number of users on your account. If you add users during a month, you will incur an additional user addition fee for the remainder of the month.
- Incoming call minutes to Sonetel numbers are free only for local and long-distance calls within the country. Incomplete call numbers do not include free minutes.
- This service is intended for normal business use and may not be used for telemarketing or bulk calling activities or any other improper use. Each user can only make one call at a time.
- Additional charges: Sonetel reserves the right to charge extra for use that exceeds the permitted or does not comply with the intended type of use, with the following charges: International calls: €0.02 per minute, incoming calls to Sonetel numbers: _ €0.01 per minute. €0.01 per _fax to email forwarding and €0.01 per SMS to email forwarding. Sonetel reserves the right to change these terms.
